Grow Medicare Advantage enrollment with Medicare Coverage Reviews

Case Study: The Problem

The Challenge

A $6.5 billion not-for-profit health system needed help educating patients about Medicare and growing their Medicare Advantage membership. To help the system achieve this, we used our proprietary Share of Health data models to identify patients who were most likely to benefit from various Medicare options, including Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage and MedSupp. Once those patients were identified, we referred them for unbiased Medicare Coverage Reviews. The more informed patients selected the best plan for themselves, which drove Medicare Advantage enrollments.
