The Challenge

PIH Health, a California-based regional healthcare network that serves more than 3.7 million residents in Los Angeles, Orange County and the San Gabriel Valley, turned to DHS to quickly launch a crisis relief campaign to support its frontline battle against the coronavirus pandemic. 

Prior to partnering with us, PIH Health Foundation did not have a formal rapid-response fundraising strategy. The DHS team quickly mobilized to create a multi-channel digital fundraising strategy and infrastructure to inspire the community to support PIH Health’s pandemic response, convert first-time donors into long-term supporters and increase revenue.
