The Project Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across cross-functional teams by leading projects that improve efficiency, streamline processes, and strengthen the use of technology and data tools. This role balances traditional project management skills (timelines, deliverables, stakeholder management) with a technical orientation — ensuring teams adopt the right systems, platforms, and workflows to support scalable, tech-enabled growth. The ideal candidate will bring experience from technology or product-driven organizations, with proven success managing projects involving tooling, data, and systems implementation, while also guiding cross-team alignment and accountability.
About You
Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant project management experience, ideally in an agency, digital marketing, or healthcare setting
- Experience managing project execution, reviewing creative assets, and coordinating cross-team delivery
- Familiarity with healthcare engagement, fundraising, or CRM campaigns is a plus
Skills + Tools
- Technical expertise with CRM systems and marketing automation list building tools
- Experience working within databases and/or querying large data sets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Experience with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Wrike, Trello, Workfront) and communication tools (e.g., Slack, MS Teams, Google Chat)
- Comfort navigating shared file systems (Dropbox, Google Drive) and managing version control
- Experience analyzing data sets to surface insights

What You’ll Be Doing
Program Management & Delivery
- Oversee day-to-day execution across multiple clients and workstreams, ensuring programs are implemented and overseeing schedules, scopes, and task lists in partnership with account and creative teams.
- Track resources and timelines to ensure on-time, aligned delivery.
Program Deployment & Quality Assurance
- Use internal tools to analyze data sets and build lists for deployment
- Use tools to QA client-facing communications materials—emails, mail, landing pages, ads, presentations—for accuracy, compliance, and technical integrity. Enforce QA standards and support final deployment to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Develop program reports to track performance and surface insights
Operational Excellence & Communication
- Drive process and tooling improvements, maintain project documentation, and contribute to a centralized knowledge base.
- Lead internal status meetings, support client agendas, and ensure seamless coordination across teams.
