Demand Generation Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands on, results driven Demand Generation Manager who can architect, execute, and optimize full funnel marketing programs that drive qualified pipeline for our sales team.
This is a foundational role for our small and fast-moving team, ideal for someone who is energized by owning both strategy and execution. This individual must be a solution oriented go getter who loves to build, is comfortable executing across content channels, and leverages their experience to partner in a collaborative environment.
You will play a critical role in shaping how hospitals discover, evaluate, and engage with our solutions.
Essential Functions
Own Full-Funnel Demand Generation (Strategy & Execution)
- Build multi-channel campaigns that generate awareness, engagement, and qualified leads from hospital and health system executives
- Manage email marketing, paid digital, webinars, content syndication, social campaigns, conference campaigns, and landing pages.
- Develop nurture tracks and drip campaigns to deliver leads
Drive Pipeline Growth for Sales
- Collaborate closely with Sales to define MQL/SQL criteria, lead scoring, and handoff workflows
- Create programs that support prospecting, with outbound sequences, pre-meeting content, follow up assets, and event related outreach
- Ensure campaigns are tightly aligned with the needs of the sales pipeline quarter by quarter
Manage and Optimize the MarTech Stack
- Own HubSpot, build workflows, scoring, dashboards, and reporting
- Ensure data hygiene and strong processes for utilization
Create High Impact Content that Move Prospects Through the Funnel
- Collaborate with leadership and Growth team to produce emails, webinars, case studies, and sales enablement assets
Measure, Report, and Optimize Performance
- Build and maintain dashboards for lead conversion, pipeline creation, channel ROI, and attribution insights
- Run A/B tests and continuously refine messaging, creative, and targeting
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-6 years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in healthtech or hospital sales.
- Hands on campaign builder with strong attention to detail who can run strategy but also write copy, build workflows, etc
- Strong digital marketing experience with email, paid, webinars, etc
- Experience marketing to complex healthcare buyers (marketing, strategy, operations, clinical leadership, service-line leaders)
- Excellent communication, self-motivated, problem solving mentality, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
